GET CREATIVE.
I have always fancied myself the artistic type, which is the reason I am where I am in my career. Being creative is in my blood and has always been something that makes me feel good. Whether it is creating a new piece of jewelry, sewing a blanket for a new baby in my family or circle of friends, or working with clients designing their home, I try to bring creativity into my daily routine.
When I finally finished graduate school in 2010, I created my Etsy Shop. I had been making jewelry for myself and friends for years, but it was finally time to bring it public. It was a long time coming and honestly, took some courage to share my creations with the world, but I finally pulled it together. Over the years it has morphed into more than just jewelry with the addition of some of the items that I make with fabrics reclaimed fabrics.
